Welcome to Rosé Financial. By downloading or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These Terms incorporate by reference Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.

1. About Rosé Financial

Rosé Financial is a personal finance education and budgeting application designed to help users understand their finances through budgeting tools, educational content, stock research, and AI-powered insights. Rosé Financial is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

2. Not Financial Advice

IMPORTANT: Nothing in the Rosé Financial app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content, including DCF analysis, stock research, credit recommendations, and AI responses, is for educational and informational purposes only. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any financial decisions.

Stock prediction game results ("The Read") are for entertainment and educational purposes only. Past performance of predictions does not indicate future results. No real money is involved.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rosé Financial. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@rose-financial.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Rosé Financial offers optional paid subscriptions ("Rosé Club") processed via Apple's App Store. Subscription terms:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
All purchases are subject to Apple's payment terms

6. Bank Account Connection

When you connect your bank account via Plaid, you authorize Rosé Financial and Plaid to access your financial data for the purpose of providing our Services. We do not initiate transactions on your behalf. Plaid's Terms of Service apply to your use of their services.

7. Credit Information Disclaimer

Rosé Financial does not access, calculate, or display your actual credit score. The Credit Hub feature allows you to self-select a credit range and provides educational content and recommendations based on your selected range. The Rosé Vibes Meter is a habit-based educational tool, not a credit score or credit rating.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Rosé Financial — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Rosé Financial LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer or decompile the application
Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
Impersonate another person or entity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ROSÉ FINANCIAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROSÉ FINANCIAL LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
